    Spicy Broccoli Frittata

    Ingredients:
    3 cups broccoli pieces, bite size
    8 eggs
    1/4 cup coconut milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
    2. Add water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside to cool.
    3. Transfer broccoli to a deep pan.
    4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, salt, pepper and chili powder. Pour over the broccoli.
    5. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes or until golden at the edges.

    Ingredients:
    8 slices keto bread
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup granulated Swerve
    1/4 cup light cream
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons butter

    Ingredients:
    2 large eggs
    6 tablespoons coconut milk
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    Instructions:

    2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs then add the coconut milk and whisk together.
    3. In another bowl, mix together the coconut flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
    4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet until fully combined to a thick batter.
    5. Cook in the waffle iron until golden brown.

    Instructions:

    2. Grease a large pan or griddle lightly and heat on medium high heat.
    3. Cook pancakes until browned on both sides.
