SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

During the last supper, Jesus “…took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you’” (Luke 22:20). By declaring this Word, He was taking what the prophet had said and acknowledging that this was the new covenant. The new covenant is in the blood, and that is why it says, “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people” (Jeremiah 31:33). By the blood of Jesus, through the exchange of DNA, we can relate to God.

PRAYER

Dear God, today I

declaration of power each day, you would take time to read the teaching very carefully. Believe it and let it penetrate in your heart, because in declaring with faith, you can move the spiritual atmosphere in your favor. Jesus said, “You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him” (Matthew 12:34,35).

It’s so important to begin each year, each month, each week and each day having a promise of blessing in order to declare it with all of your heart. Through the prophet Isaiah the Lord reveals the power effect of the spoken word by saying, “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out
