Susanna Johnston is a novelist and former feature writer for Tatler. Her acclaimed works of fiction include The Picnic Papers (Hutchinson), Five Rehearsals (Chatto) and Collecting (Viking). She is married, with four daughters, and divides her time between Lucca and Oxfordshire where she lives with her architect husband.
