You are enough" is a juvenile fiction book devoted to every child in the world who thinks that he or she is not good enough and not worthy enough. I wrote this book for you, the one who suffers from the pain of bullying. I want to share with you that you are enough exactly as you are.

When Aí was two years old, his mother died from breast câncer. His father, Mr. Cheung, who is a successful lawyer, takes responsibility for his son. The life of Aí is pretty normal until the decision of Mr. Cheung to move from China to Portugal.

Aí struggles a lot in a new country. Nightmares begin when he goes to school where he is the only Chinese boy. He experiences bullying for the first time in his life and suffers alone.

Unexpected news of his father about a new governess Mrs. Paula Ramos changes the whole life of Aí. Mrs. Paula becomes his friend.

Mrs. Paula lost his grandson Peter who made a suicide because he was gay and his colleagues bullied him a lot. She hurries up to save Aí showing him the “Humanity School” where children learn to accept and love themselves just the way they are.

Aí meets Robert, Kate, Nick and Mary there. All of them have their own story they need to deal with. Mary struggles with her weight, Nick cannot accept himself after a car accident, Susan uses a black mask because of her face scars and Kate cannnot forgive her mother who left her because of a lover.

At “Humanity School” Aí and his new friends study lessons of Gratitude, Dance and Acceptance.

Children don't expect the danger which is waiting for them when they decide to go to the Secret Tower to save “Humanity School.” They will sacrifice their best dreams for friendship.

The lessons are given and Aí and his friends need to return to the real world to pass a test. They need to stand up for themselves and deal with bullies. But now they know that they are GOOD ENOUGH just the way they are.
