There’s no blond, there’s no red. There’s just a flash of black and tired eyes that look at him. Fuck. He makes to run his hand through his hair, to play it off. He’s not weak. He didn’t flinch, he wasn’t even scared. The rapid thumping of his heart says otherwise, he ignores it.
