We cover why every man should consider incorporating Yoga in his fitness regimen, how flexibility improves strength, the unknown benefits for men of participating in Yoga, and how a man can learn to connect mind and spirit through the practice of Yoga.

DEAN POHLMAN
My guest today is my friend Dean Pohlman. Dean and I met years ago when he was first on my show. Since then, we've become friends and I've started incorporating some of what he's been teaching into my own life.
He is the founder of Man Flow Yoga, which is an online platform designed to help men learn the fundamentals and foundation of Yoga, and how it can improve every aspect of their fitness.
I was a little skeptical at first but I've been amazed and how much this guy knows about functional fitness, strength building, and men's health in general.
Today, we talk about a lot of different elements of health and fitness including the message from his latest book, Yoga Fitness for Men.
