Did you know your view of yourself is ingrained from the time you are a baby and controls everything that you do on a daily basis? Did you know that you develop multiple self-schemas throughout your life? As we grow up, we are taught how to feel about our bodies, our emotions, our gender, and everything that governs our ‘self’. They govern what we wear, what we eat, who we are friends with, and everything else about our lives. However, understanding self-schemas can help you make a change by turning negative schemas into the positive ones that you want to have.

In this book, we will help you determine the negative self-schemas that you have formed by looking at the root of the behavior. Once you understand the negative self-schemas that you have, you can begin to reprogram them into different positive self-views. As you begin to remove the negative and fill it with positive self-views, you will find that your life will change in significant ways.
