Graham Holliday

My name is Graham Holliday. My book about food in Vietnam, and the people who make it, was published in March 2015 on Anthony Bourdain’s Ecco Books imprint. I am now working on my second book, for the same publisher, about regional food in Korea. I'm also writing my first novel. I work as a media trainer at the BBC. Previously I worked as a foreign correspondent for Reuters in Rwanda.
