This Small AudioBook is designed to inform and reassure Students of the 4 Qualities to Meditation which includes the 4 Rules to Meditation.

From The Script:
There was more to life than what I had been experiencing, my Guru called this “the subtle transformation of the self”.
Working with my students I could see all the mistakes they made, I was trained to overcome these and I could identify a way forward. A student needs to trust their Guru.
Meditation brings a question to our minds of which is just a whisper “who am I”.
With the potential of Meditation there is a higher sense of being in the present moment.
The present moment is the only thing that can be real to physical reality for anything else is simply manufactured within the mind as imagination.
My Guru told me the easiest way to turn our attention inwards is to shut up and listen.
This map is designed to cultivate the mind of the student into a receptive beacon that will be showered with energy to all those who dare jump into the fire of a meditative state in order to wield their sword of wisdom cutting through the tangles and bindings that we had been holding onto and accustomed to. Meditation can align us to enlightenment.
Only ourselves can stop us.


4 qualities of meditation:
1 : intellect – in order to obtain stillness of mind and body the intellect has to become stable and still itself. The intellect should be directed into focus and observing. Often, Gurus would give an image to hold within the mind. Once achieved, mind energy can raise and the meditator can move forward, like climbing a ladder each step closer bringing us closer to the true potential of Meditation. The Guru can remove the ignorance only if the student is ready to let go.
